The Boutique Coordinator is responsible to ensure that daily operations run
smoothly, the shop is well presented, suitably staffed and that all customers have the desired experience when interacting with Sattva Boutique and its team.

Second to daily operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for
maintaining an on-brand e-commerce platform, leading the on-site team, and
running the digital communications program towards ongoing success.
A successful candidate will show leadership, be well organized, self-motivated and flexible with a passion for fashion or design. It’s essential to have a positive team-oriented attitude, sales + communication skills, strong work ethic and desire to create personal and organizations success.

The Boutique Coordinator will work closely with and report directly to the Founder.

Responsibilities:
• Head of all customer service in-store, by phone and online.
 Customer service and sales, individual contributions.
 Daily operational responsibilities to ensure shop is properly stocked and
running smoothly.
 Event planning, communication, and execution for in store and digital
events.
• Troubleshoot customer related issues in POS integrations and all other shop
related technology.
• Receiving new product to POS and Website (shared with inventory
manager).
 Community ambassador to business associations.

Digital Communications:
 Integrate digital communications strategy with Ecommerce and store level
sales plan
 Creation and management of email campaigns.
 Web updates and website merchandising.
 Set weekly strategy and scheduling for Instagram and Facebook.
 Social Media management, content creation.
 Manage Shopify presentation and standards.
 Design print materials as needed.
 Graphic support for marketing and events.

Sales Goals and Leadership:
 Plan, coordinate and attend weekly strategy meeting in store.
 Create + manage monthly team sales goals.
 Lead sales team towards meeting sales goals.
 Innovations on how to achieve sales goals (shared with inventory
manager).
 Store scheduling and schedule management.
 Training of sales associates.
 Assist with Hiring as needed.
 Direct lead to sales team in all ways.


This position will pay an annual salary (based on experience) +
commission sales bonuses.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, including weekends.
