Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

All online orders will be shipped out within 3 business days via Canada Post Expedited or UPS Ground. Shipping time is approximately 3-5 days. Any potential Canada Post delays are outside of our control.

Customer pays return shipping costs, original shipping fees are non refundable. Must be postmarked within 3 days of refund approval.

Local Delivery

$9 shipping fee rate for local delivery within HRM on purchases $99+.

No local delivery available for purchases under $99.

Next day delivery.

We are not safe-drop authorized unless directly specified in order notes. Multiple delivery attempts will be charged independently.

Canada Shipping Rates

$9 flat shipping rate within Canada.

Complimentary shipping on all orders over $399.

Please understand that for a small business, shipping is not free. We do our best to offer the lowest sustainable shipping rate.

USA Shipping Rates

$25 CAD flat shipping rate.

$19 CAD shipping on all orders over $399 CAD.

Our Return Policy

Online Returns

Standard: Regular priced items purchased online may be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days. Customer pays return shipping costs. Original shipping fee's are non refundable. Must be postmarked within 3 days of refund approval.

Promotional Pricing: Online orders that use promotional codes including "Welcome10", or limited time percentage discounts may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Customer pays return shipping costs, original shipping fee's are non refundable. Must be postmarked within 3 days of refund approval.

Sale Items: Are final sale and cannot be returned.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Intimates are always final sale.


How To Return Online Purchases:

1) Contact us within 5 days of receiving your package to request a return approval code. Subject Line “RETURN: Your Order Number” You can find this 4 digit number above.

2) We will respond with your return approval code within 24hrs. Please write your approval code in the provided box above, as well as your email address. Include this postcard in with your return. We require the approval code to process all returns.

3) Your package must be postmarked back to us within 7 days of receiving your item. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping back to us at: “Attn: Returns, Another Shop Boutique, 1715 Lower Water Street, Halifax, N.S. B3J 0J4”

4) Once the item is received - a refund or giftcard will be issued. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to see back on your card - giftcards will be issued via email within 24hrs. .

5) If you wish to repurchase a new item (ie size, color, alternate) please purchase the new item directly from our website - we will mail it to you asap. Once we receive your old item back, we will issue your refund or giftcard. At this time we are not able to process a direct “exchange” online.

In-House Styling Appointments

The appointment cost is refundable as a store credit when you purchase over $600 within 7 days of the appointment.

The appointment is up to 90 minutes one-on-one with your chosen stylist.

If you need a quicker turnaround time or don't see what you're looking for here – email us and we'll try our best to accommodate.

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Any cancelation less than 48 hours will not be refundable. To cancel please reach out to us by phone or email.
