Starting December 1st all items that are purchased as gifts can be returned for exchange or store credit until January 5th (excluding December 27th).

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

For full refund, items must be returned 7 days after they are purchased. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We will ship all online orders through UPS Ground. To guarantee that your gift reaches you in time, the last day to order with regular shipping is December 16. For express delivery options please call oremail us.

All online orders will be shipped out within 3 business days via Canada Post Expedited or UPS Ground. Shipping time is approximately 3-5 days. Any potential Canada Post delays are outside of our control.

Customer pays return shipping costs, original shipping fees are non refundable. Must be postmarked within 3 days of refund approval.
